About Us

I started The Nourished Path in Seattle in the spring of 2020. Great timing - I know! The world was falling to pieces around me and everyone I loved. And I wanted to be there to support them in the best way I knew how: by helping them feel their best and keep their health in the forefront. It’s so easy to get lost in the day to day and let health issues snowball. By starting my own business, I was able to give more personal and deeper service to create the most change.

There are things that you think of with weight loss. Looking great, wearing different clothes, increased confidence. More stamina to keep up with your kids, or to power through a 12 hour Disney day!

It goes beyond that to so much more though. Less guilt. Feeling in control around food, and confident knowing what to choose. Less excess bodyfat that leads to inflammation. More muscle and payoff at the gym. Heck - even things like higher bone density, lower blood sugars, reduced cholesterol, and increased fertility.

That’s why I get up in the morning. That’s what keeps me going. Knowing that I’m changing lives and helping people lead their best ones - right now and in the future.

BONNIE CAMPBELL, RD, MS Nutrition

I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD), with my masters in nutrition from Bastyr University in Kenmore Washington, but originally I went to school at Illinois State University to be a math teacher. It turns out that my calling is to help people in other ways - improving lives through nutrition without using fad diets or cutting out whole food groups!

I was an inpatient hospital dietitian in Seattle before I started working as an online nutrition coach for Stronger U Nutrition, and eventually decided to leave to start my own business.

I like to exercise for mental and physical health dabbling in F45, Orangetheory, and yoga studio workouts as well as at home with a squat rack and peloton. I’m also quite handy, and you are equally as likely to find me using the chop saw or fighting with my nail gun.

Rounding out my jock side is my nerdy side where I play Dungeons & Dragons, swing dance, and argue that Slytherins aren’t all bad.

COACH KENDAL, MS Nutrition

Coach Kendal lives in Texas and has been a vital coach at The Nourished Path since May 2021, but I met her when I became her nutrition coach in 2016. She lost 60 lbs despite Crohn’s disease (a digestive autoimmune condition), giving her a unique perspective to help guide her clients as someone who has been there herself!

Kendal has her Masters in Nutrition and is a personal trainer, and I like to call her my accountability queen because she’s always ready with a helping hand for her clients.

In May 2022 after struggles with IVF she became a mom to little Kai, and has learned so much from motherhood. She dreams of going to Grand Teton National Park when he’s a bit older.

COACH TRISHA, Registered Dietitian

Trisha was my mentor at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle WA, and taught me so much of what I know. An RD for over 15 years, her knowledge is immense and we are so blessed to have her with us here!

She brings a different perspective from other nutrition coaches, focusing on habits and balanced nutrition in addition to macronutrients and calories which fits right into our philosophy at The Nourished Path.

You can find Trisha working out at F45, brunching with friends, spending time outside with her dogs Chloe and Joey, or fostering for her local dog rescue! In the summer she might be out on Lake Washington on her paddle board or at the Kirkland farmers market.

What People Are Saying

From the very beginning my personal nutrition coach was always approachable & non-judgmental. Whenever I have a question, she always provides great feedback & recommendations & I never feel it is done in a condescending way.

She has given me the tools to lead a healthy life on my own. Her response time is great & she's so sweet - I feel like we are friends even though we've never met in person! I have recommended Bonnie to many friends who now share the same thoughts/success as I do!

I have been working with Bonnie for about 10 months now and I have lost over 55 pounds. I started when I was 11 months post partum and still breastfeeding.

Bonnie has been a great coach! She never makes me feel judged or shamed if I slip up, instead, she helps me think about what I could have done better and helps me get right back on track.

She has been spot on with my macro goals to allow for a continuous fat loss while never effecting my milk supply. Bonnie has also been very quick to respond when I have any questions and was very receptive to any feedback I had for how she could help support me more effectively. You can’t go wrong with Bonnie as your nutrition coach!
