Due to their comprehensive nature, ALL services are done on a private & 1:1 basis. There are no copy/pasted, cookie-cutter approaches here. Instead you will work closely & personally with your coach to lose weight without giving up your favorite foods, and gain energy so you can live your best and most fulfilling life!

If you are looking for group coaching, meal plan templates, or a more general inexpensive service where your “coach” has under 5 minutes to spend with you, let me know and I can direct you to a different service.

Actionable, practical nutrition guidance so you have clarity on exactly how many calories and protein you need to be successful in weight loss AND long term maintenance

A highly educated team of coaches. No matter who you work with, you’ll be taken care of at our small, women owned business

Personal accountability with weekly checkins and messaging for you to build momentum and stay consistent with your plan

Track your progress and message your coach in our custom app

Video replies to your checkins, so you can have that personal connection without needing to schedule another weekly zoom call

But also, monthly phone calls so that you are always on the same page as your coach

26 weeks of short educational lessons, like how to lose weight while feeling full, healthy snacking, how to organize your kitchen for weight loss and more!

An accountability chat with your peers to build connection and inspiration

The ability to track via photos of food, for those occasions where tracking with macros and My Fitness Pal isn’t practical

A review of your My Fitness Pal food log because the foods you eat are just as important as how many calories they have

Quarterly goal setting guidance, to make sure you are on the path to your dream body and life

And a few extra bonuses like:

Access to medical grade supplements (if needed)

Option to add personal training programing to your nutrition coaching plan

Option to add video texting chat to have even more support

“I’m a busy mom or professional - and this sounds like a lot. I don’t have time for this!!”

Fair point. This sounds like its going to be intense. But, in reality, you need 3-4 hours a week. That includes planning, prepping, & tracking your foods, checking in with your coach, the whole thing.

The first week or two might be a bit more as you learn, and you might need more cooking time if you prefer more elaborate meals. But, on the whole, you’re looking at less than 3% of your week spent on your health, nutrition and weight loss goals.

Let that sink in. Less than 3% of your time.
