I didn’t like clothes not fitting. My health was struggling both mentally and physically. Everything was harder, yoga, paddle boarding, skiing. I wasn’t able to do those things last season due to my increased weight and body pain. My feet hurt, my back hurt & since so much ached I had spiraled into not much physical activity due to pain. I was desperately seeking a change.

I knew someone who had worked with The Nourished Path before and lost a lot of weight & I wondered if it would work for me? It felt intimidating in the beginning. I was afraid to fail. 

I knew there was no quick fix. It seemed like I had SO far to go. Bonnie was confident that her program would achieve the weight loss I was seeking. Knowing she had helped others reach their goals gave me hope! 

The daily accountability was huge for me. Knowing that Bonnie was seeing my daily tracking was really helpful. She helped me keep momentum in days and weeks where I wasn’t feeling like I was making progress. Having Bonnie there definitely was a difference maker for me. I never felt judged or shamed. It was easy to be honest. 

A few months into the program I added a new goal to start walking consistently at least 10 minutes a day. That was my goal. Now I still walk almost daily and my walks are usually 20-40 minutes.

The support, education and positive encouragement made all the difference. I lost 30 pounds and about 7 inches off my waist, and have maintained that for 3 months now. Everything about my physical and mental well-being has improved significantly and I’m so thankful.

Past attempts never worked! I had tried tracking but not with consistency. Never made it more than a few days. And I didn’t have realistic achievable goals. I needed to change how I ate. I was definitely consuming too many calories. And The Nourished Path helped me learn a new lifestyle with food.

My feet and back pain are 90% better, my mental health is stronger and I know what to do to stay on track or pull in corrective measures when I gain a few pounds. Now I play pickleball, I’m back on my paddle board, taking exercise classes & I’m excited that my ski clothes fit again to go up the mountain this winter! The most exciting part was getting a new professional headshot. I’m so proud of the way I look now!
