You don't have to give up your favorite drinks to be healthy - you just need to be smarter about when you drink, how much you have, and what you choose!

As a Registered Dietitian and weight loss coach, I've had a LOT of conversations with my clients about this topic. Because we all know that drinking in too much is going to stop our weight loss goals, and also lead to hangovers, bloating, poor sleep, and more. But alcohol is a part of life, so how can you balance the two?
