Will I need to purchase anything?

No! Other than like, normal grocery store food. This is not some “cover” to get you to buy my fancy protein shakes

Do I need to follow a mealplan?

Nope! Meal plans don’t work for very long and the recipes always seem to take forever too. I find that things that are tedious and don’t fit your life don’t tend to actually work long term at changing your health and habits.

What will we be actually like, doing?

This is a habit based challenge. You’ll be focusing on consistency with 5 key habits that I’ve seen to be most effective at healthy living, both inside and out! The specifics will be in your welcome packet, and we’ll also clear up any questions on the kickoff call.
